Glazed Salmon with Dilly Mustard Sauce
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
4 salmon fillets(6 ounce.)
Heat broiler.Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil(easy cleanup)
Whisk mustard,honey and vinegar in a medium bowl. Whisk in oil,then transfer
3 Tbsp. to a small bowl and stir in soy sauce.
Whisk dill into mustard mixture in medium bowl.
Arrange fillets on baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, then brush
sides and top with the mustard soy mixture.
Broil till done 5-8 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter and serve with the mustard dill sauce.
