Glazed Shoulder Ham Slices

1 2 1/2 pounds boneless shoulder ham butt
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
2/3 cups orange juice
1 2/3 cups pineapple juice

Cut ham crosswise in 1-inch thick slices. Arrange in baking pan with just enough water to cover. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Drain. In a saucepan, blend remaining ingredients and cook together until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over ham slice. Bake 20-30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
