Golden Corn Chip Broccoli Casserole
1 lb.pkg frozen broccoli, cuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup crushed corn chips
Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimento, lemon juice, and water.
Pour over broccoli. Top with crushed corn chips. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
