While the pork roast is in the crockpot and not quite half done - we need lunch - so it’s George Forman and PANINI!!! I love panini!!
Split French bread, toasted on the inside and drizzled with olive oil, slathered with mayo, basil and cracked plack pepper, layered with cooked ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, lebanese bologna, Monterey Jack, dill pickle slices, red onion and more mayo on the top crust; assemble and place in the grill until toasted and heated through.
That should hold everyone till the pork is done!
