well maybe mexican menu or a bbq with ribs/briskets yummy…
Keep it simple. If it is going to be outdoors get a childs wading pool and fill it with ice and keep your salads in it to stay cool.
Buy as much prepared food as you can find from Sam’s club, Costco and Gordons.
If the weather is nice, maybe coldcut platters with potatoe salads and other types of cold salads might be an easy thing to do . Top it off with a pretty sheet cake, and i bet you’ll have a very happy graduate. Have fun!

[/u][/i]I think that I would make kebabs with a orzo salad. It is alot of prep work but it makes a wonderful party.
