Sprinkle apple pieces and banana slices with freshly squeezed lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Brush fruit pieces with orange juice mixture; barbecue skewers onto hot barbecue rack for 5 to 6 minutes, brushing fruits often with some of remaining orange juice mixture and turning skewers to evenly brown fruit pieces on all sides. Serve really hot, along with remaining orange juice mixture.
