Grandma's zuchinna casserole

1lb. Bob Evans hot sausage, browned and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
cubed zuchinni ( about 5 small or 2 large)
2 eggs, beaten
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 c. Mozerella chesses grated
bread crumbs
additional cheese for top
Cook all ingrediants together and cook until zuchinni is cooked to your liking. You might want to drain because it gets watery because of the zuchinni. Transfer all to baking dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
