Great cake called Danube Waves

It is rather simple to make, but tastes delicious! It’s not “heavy” and you can make it in any time of the year (all ingredients are accessible through the year)

Here it is:

Ingredients for pastry:
3 eggs
15 table spoons of powder sugar
15 table spoons of oil
15 table spoons of flour
15 table spoons of milk
1 baking powder
2 spoons of cocoa

Preparation:
Mix egg yolks with sugar, add oil and milk. Gently mix in flour and baking powder. Add firmly riled egg-whites. Separate mixture in two equal parts, and in one part put 2 spoons of cocoa. Pour yellow paste in pan and bake it for around 10 minutes, and then take it out of the oven. Put cherries (pits taken out) on yellow part and cover it with brown part (paste with cocoa).Put it back in the oven and bake it until the end.

Ingredients for fruit cover:
600 grams of cherries
3 table spoons sugar
3 table spoons rum

Squeeze cherries and juice they provide mix with sugar and rum. Pour it over hot cake (momentarily after you take it out of oven). Cool down your cake.

Ingredients for yellow cream:
1/2 L of milk
200 grams of powder sugar
200 grams of butter
2 packages of vanilla pudding powder

Preparation:
Cook pudding with milk, and add mixed butter and sugar (mixed together). Put the cream on cooled cake.

Chocolate glaze:
Melt 100 grams of chocolate and 60 grams of butter and poor it on cake.

Serve your Danube waves after few hours in refrigerator.
