Hey everyone, I’m new here so I thought I would share with a you a recipe that I’ve used lately. The family seems to love it, the pork chops never turn out dry, and they are great reheated!
Package of pork chops or steaks
1 c. yellow mustard
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp Balsalmic vinegar
combine the ingredients above
dip pork chops into wet mixture
roll in seasoned bread crumbs
bake in 350 oven 25-30 minutes…check for doneness.
