Green Beans With Pine Nuts

GREEN BEANS WITH PINE NUTS

1 lb. green beans, ends removed
2 T. butter or margarine
2 T. pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook bean in 1-inch water in covered 3-qt. saucepan 4 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

In large skillet, melt butter (over medium heat) add pine nuts, cook, stirring frequently, until golden. Add beans, gently toss to coat ban with butter. Season to taste.
