Green Chili Mexican Casserole

1 lb hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can green chilies, drained if desired
flour tortillas (small)
cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat and drain. Stir in chilies and soups. In a greased round casserole dish, layer in this order, meat mix, cheese, tortilla, until meat mixture is gone, ending with cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly and cheese is golden. YUMMY!!!

Manda, this sounds so good!! How simple, too. I have a similar recipe, but way more complicated. Think I’ll start using yours, and add chopped onions while browning the meat, and add some sour cream to soup mixture…then use minimum of cheese.
