Green Chili Wontons

• ½ cup canned Green Chilis
• ¼ cup canned Jalapenos
• 1 pound of Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
• 1 Package of Wonton Wrappers

  1. Blend the green chilis, jalapenos and cheese.
  2. Put two tablespoons of the mixture on one corner of the wonton wrapper and fold that corner over.
  3. Fold the corners on the right and left.
  4. Wet the remaining corner with a bit of water and fold it down to stick and make a roll.
  5. Deep fry in 350-degree oil for one minute or until lightly brown.
  6. Serve with Guacamole
