Green Chili Wontons
• ½ cup canned Green Chilis
• ¼ cup canned Jalapenos
• 1 pound of Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
• 1 Package of Wonton Wrappers
- Blend the green chilis, jalapenos and cheese.
- Put two tablespoons of the mixture on one corner of the wonton wrapper and fold that corner over.
- Fold the corners on the right and left.
- Wet the remaining corner with a bit of water and fold it down to stick and make a roll.
- Deep fry in 350-degree oil for one minute or until lightly brown.
- Serve with Guacamole
