Grilled Corned Beef Sandwich

Mayonnaise - 4 oz.
Drained, prepared horseradish - 2 Tbsp.
Sourdough bread slices - 8
Sliced corned beef - 16 oz.
Coleslaw (creamy) - 4 oz.
Swiss cheese slices - 8
Softened butter - 8 tsp.

  1. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish.
  2. To build each sandwich, spread 1 1/4 Tbsp. horseradish mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread and layer as follows: bread, 4 oz. corned beef, 1 oz. coleslaw, 2 slices Swiss cheese, bread. Spread 1 tsp. butter on each side of sandwich and grill until golden brown.
