Grilled Garlic Shrimp, buttered

This recipe is rather large and can serve up to 4 people if prepared with a side of rice or vegetables.


2 pounds jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
1/3 cup butter
5 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons lemon juice
salt, as preferred


Place the butter in a large skillet and heat over a medium fire for about 30 seconds.
Then, add the shrimp and the garlic to the skillet and leave them simmering, flipping the shrimp frequently, for about 4 minutes or until the shrimp is no longer transluscent.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet and stir well. Then remove from the fire and serve.
