2 lbs chicken wings (tips removed)
juice of 2 lemons
1 cup Italian dressing
3 Tbs butter, melted
Combine the Italian dressing, lemon juice and butter. Marinate chicken in a bowl or ziploc bag in fridge for at least 20 mins. or up to 2 hrs.
Prepare and preheat grill. Grill wings over medium hot coals, basting with marinade every 5 mins. or so. Grill for about 20 mins.
For a smokey Southwest flavor, add a hand ful of water- soaked Mesquite chips to your hot fire Serves 4
