Grilled Tator Tots
1 pkg. tater tots
1-1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion or green onions
6T. butter (extra for coating foil)
Coat a large sheet of foil (or use a heavy-duty bag) with butter or non-stick spray. Arrange tater tots on foil in single layer. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Cut butter into slices and place evenly over the top. Top with another sheet of buttered foil, same size, and fold in the edges several times. Grill over med. heat, 15-20 min. on each side, less if potatoes are thawed out.
