Grilled Tomato-Herb Bruschetta
2 rolls of refrigerated dough, preferably breadsticks
2 large tomatoes, finely sliced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped finely
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat grill for medium heat. Unroll dough onto lightly greased foil or cutting board. Form into four squares. Place on grill and cook for 3 minutes. Turn dough and cover cooked side with tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese. Cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat, cut into sections and serve.
