15 Ripe medium avocados, seeded and peeled
1 Large onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
5 Green chilies, diced (WEAR GLOVES)
1 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp seasoned salt
In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
Note: To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the Guacamole and refrigerate.
