H.J.'s Shrimp XTC

Eat cold or hot. Main meal -Appetizers or Chase those blues away!
I really enjoy this cold by itself or on crackers

1 lb. of Shrimp Large size…de-veined… cooked… peeled
Large zip lock bag
Olive oil or grape oil… just enough to coat shrimp very lightly
pinch of (about 3/4 to 1 tsp.) Italian Seasoning
1/4 Red onion …diced fine
3 green onions …using 1/2 of the green stem…sliced thin
1/4 can of black olives…drained…chop fine
1/4 cup plus grated Romano cheese
1 small clove of garlic …minced finely…Optional
Touch of red crushed pepper seeds.

After shrimp is either brought cooked …rinse well… or if raw shrimp being used …before cooking… de-vein … rinse well and cook till shells turn pink … rinse in cold water…peel shells… leaving the tail in tack. Either brought or cooked shrimp…pat dry with paper towels.

Take a zip lock bag …place shrimp in side

Use only enough oil to barely coat the shrimp

Place all the rest of the ingredients inside the bag …close bag…turn upside down…chill for couple hours or till cold. The longer it is chilled more you will have more flavor or put in a pan and heat oil and seasonings …add shrimp last. Turn in the bag often.
