Ham and Broccoli Casserole

Ham and Broccoli Casserole
2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
2 c diced fully cooked ham
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c commercial biscuit mix
3 c milk
4 eggs

Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain. Spread broccoli in ungreased 9x13 pan. Layer ham and cheese over broccoli. Beat remaining ingredients together, and pour over layers.

Bake at 350° uncovered for 1 hour.

Sounds like some great comfort food. It would have been a great recipe for using up all that leftover Easter ham.

Simple, not too too many ingredients and am sure will taste good♥

It would have been great for using up all that leftover ham. I actually cut up and freeze some of the leftovers so I can make dishes like this later.
