Ham and Rice Casserole

This is a good way to use left over ham

Ham and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 can crushed or chunk pineapple
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Combine all ingredients including the juice from the pineapple and place into a casserole dish. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes. Bake longer if you prefer to have the casserole a little drier.
