Hi, newby here. I have a q. about ham bones (hocks). If I already used a couple to make ham-bean soup, can I reuse them to make a stock, or add them to a beef stock that is currently simmering? They simmered in the ham-bean soup for 2-3 hrs. so does that mean they will have no flavor or nutritional value left? Also, would they ruin the flavor of the beef stock? Thanks in advance.
