I’m in the mood for quiche!
Here is a very easy and absolutely wonderful quiche recipe. I am not a big
fan of quiche…but this one…I could eat the whole thing!—Debbie/IN <><
Ham & Cheese Quiche
1/3 C chopped onions
1/4 - 1/2 C. cubed ham
6 oz. shredded swiss cheese
Layer in an unbaked pie crust in a quiche pan or a deep dish pie shell.
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. whipping cream—NOT whipped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
dash of pepper or cayenne
whisk all together and pour into pie shell over other ingredients.
Bake at 425Â° for 15 min. Lower temp. to 300Â° and bake 30 min. more OR until
knife comes out clean.
