Ham Puff Pastry Shells
Servings: 8 pastry shells
8 baked puff pastry shells 2 1/2 cups [625 mL] milk 2 [1-ounce / 31-g each] packs lemon dill sauce mix 1 cup [250 mL] cooked ham dices 1 cup [250 mL] boiled, drained cooled fresh small green peas Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C]. Remove tops of pastry shells; empty the inside if needed. Arrange pastry shells and tops onto a baking sheet. Bake into preheated oven for 10 minutes. Pour milk and lemon dill sauce mix into a casserole. Whipping, bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Leave to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat whipping from time to time. Mix in ham dices and green peas. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Evenly spoon into pastry shells, top with pastry tops, and serve.
