Hamburger Stroganoff

Hamburger Stroganoff (serves 4 - 6)

½ cup minced onion 1 t. salt
1 clove minced garlic ¼ t. pepper
¼ c of butter 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. ground chuck 1 c sour cream
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms 2 T. flour
Dash of Worcestershire sauce parsley
Dash of Cayenne pepper Few dashes of hot sauce

Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Add meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook five minutes Add soup, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and sour cream and heat through on low heat. Garnish with parsley. Serve with green beans, noodles and hot French bread.
