NOTE from KW - the measurements are approximate - measuring for these was never done - it is quite possible that “cup” means tea cup or mug - once again - I would bake at 350* until done. Not much “measuring” was done by my family - everything was “eye-balled” and “by feel” and I am still like that today. I learned how to cook with my eyes and my hands. Wanna laugh?? I was sent to the prinicpal’s office in grammar school by my HomeEc teacher - she made a comment about a good cook always measures exactly. Well - I told her that my family didn’t measure and that is the way I learned and that was the way I was going to cook. The principal knew from all the cooking and baking we did for the school that it was done that way in our home. So I had to sit out the class. I never did like her recipes with the powdered eggs anyway! She taught us how to make a one layer cake - using half an egg! Good grief! I never could figure out who taught her how to cook!
