Hash Brown Supper

1-1/2 pound hamburger
1 bag frozen hash browns (large bag)
1 cup sour cream
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1& 1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind)
Diced green peppers
Diced onion (green onions are nice)

Brown hamburger, drain off fat and set aside.
Mix hash browns, sour cream and soups together.
Spray bottom of 9"x 13" pan with cooking spray.
Spread half of hash brown mixture on bottom.
Spread hamburger over hash browns.
Sprinkle cheese on top of hamburger.
Put rest of hash brown mixture on top of cheese.
Put peppers and onions on top.
Cook at 350’F degrees for about 45 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
