healthy baked fish

today is baked fish and taters -

haddock filets dipped in egg whites, dredged in a mixture of flour, cornmeal, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, basil, fresh minced parsely and minced fresh garlic bake on lightly oiled baking sheet with potato wedges (I left the skins on) sprinkled with salt, pepper, fresh minced parsley

steamed baby onions and green beans

McDonald’s Tartar sauce (recipe posted here in What’s for Dinner under I DID IT MYSELF) for dipping the fish and cheese sauce for serving over veggies - melt about 2 T. butter in saucepan, whisk in about 2 T. flour, add 2 cups half-and-half, bring to light boil, add about 3 c. cubed Velveeta cheese, whisking until smooth
