healthy cookies

Does anyone has a recipe for a healthy cookie?

somehow i can not find any on the internet, except for comments like, eat fruit in the shape of cookies.

I would love to find a good recipe for a small snack which is not bad for your health.

So no sugar or butter if possible.

Looking forward to your help!

Hi
Cookies can taste incredible and be good for you! In this comprehensive product, I show you how to create vegan cookies that are melt-in-your-mouth-unbelievably delicious and provide you with essential nutrients.

They are an excellent way to get whole grains, protein and even nutrient-dense foods into your diet. You can actually have a couple of these every day and feel good. Cookies do not need to be loaded with fat and sugar to taste good, and certainly not the bad fats and bad sugars that are used in most cookie recipes.

You can even eat the batter without any fear of salmonella or the other nasty things that lurk in animal products.

thanks

Health is wealth ,it was really a true saying. There are so many types of cookies available for eating.Cookies are of different types ,some are backed and some are fried. The oily food items are so bad for the health .This effect badly to the heart and create an disease of asthma.Backed cookies are good for the health.

I can’t imagine that eating fruit in the shape of a cookie really has the desired effect. I sometimes make cookies made from granola/ oats with plenty of sultanas for moisture, nutmeg and lemon rind and try to use honey rather than sugar. Maybe some icing sugar dusted over the top occasionally.

These little ‘cookies’ are almost too healthy to be called a cookie. My Dad has been on a life long search for a cookie that wasn’t too sweet so after playing around with the ingredients I have finally achieved what he wanted. 3 large, ripe bananas, well mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil, barely warm - so it isn’t solid (or alternately, olive oil)
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup almond meal
1/3 cup coconut, finely shredded & unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 - 7 ounces chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar chopped
