Four gallons of water a day? Wow! How can anyone drink that much water in one day??? I agree, exercise is important.

Carbohydrates, non starchy, non white play an important roll, as does protein. Lean protein, fruits,whole grains, & non-starchy veggies are a good dietary guide. Also, other treats in moderation.

There is nothing wrong with the occasional ‘splurge’ OR eating others, in moderation.

I just wanna say one thing more regarding your last sentence; yeah! our body needs fresh water rather than drinks like cold drinks.
