HEALTHY SANDWICH RECIPE - LEAN REUBEN

2 slices seeded rye bread, toasted
2 T. reduced-fat Thousand Island dressing
2 oz. (2 slices) Canadian bacon
1 c. fresh, canned or jarred sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
2 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 400* F.

On each slice of bread, divide ingredients, making sure to put the cheese on top. Bake 5 to 7 minutes and serve open-faced.
