Hi All. I am an avid baker and pretty good cook, though my hubby is a chef and has a catering business. I am originally from the USA but we are now living in Egypt. I enjoy trying new recipes and have learned a lot about substituting ingredients for what is not avaialable here. Hope I will be able to contribute some tweaked recipes for other people overseas and welcome substitution questions.
