Hello from NZ I love to cook but am no chef I collect cookbooks well it started out just getting one here and there and then I had the pleasure of talking to Ansley and he gave me a copy of his book, and then everyone I know birthdays Christmas is all I get is cookbooks, but I love them my two latest ones I got from mum last week the women’s weekly chinese cook book and a cook book on mince beef 
can never have to many but I’m at the stage now where I need a new book shelf I would have easy 120 books haha I must count them one day,
