hey everybody
im joining this forum in order to better my cooking, and get some recipes.
i have not browsed around yet, but this forum was at the top of my search and i decided to join on impulse. 
things im most looking forward to cooking include:
penne vodka (i desperately need a good red vodka sauce)
anything with garlic (yummmm) (( vague i know, but its true))
some good chinese lo mein (ive been struggling to find something that suits my fancy)
there are many more but im going to leave it at that for now.
