There are 4 great recipe forums, a chat forum, recipe review thread, poll thread…and TONS of great recipes. The membership here are great to offer help when needed too! I think it’s safe to say tha we all look forward to your great recipes! Mexican…hmmmmm, luv it, but have to be real careful with tummy issues…and as luck would have it, International Recipes will be e-visiting Mexico next! We also have a new member from Mexico, so between the two of you, I’ll be a hurt’n unit, trying all the new recipes!!! LOL Once again, WELCOME. Regards,

How about a couple of those Mexican recipes. I love Mexican and Central American cuisine and have written both a Mexican and a Tex/Mex-Southwest Cook Book (1 of each!). Look forward to some new yummies to try out;
