I know this is an old post but I’ve been scouring the internet looking for the recipe for Swiss Chalet’s relatively new Thai Green Chicken Curry bowl. Actually, just the green chicken curry sauce will do…I’m positively addicted to if! I have lots of authentic Thai green chicken curry recipes so not interested in those, thanks. If anyone knows or knows someone who works there please ask them. It really is amazing!

Can’t believe it but Swiss Chalet just took the Thai green chicken curry bowl off the menu and replaced it with chicken parmigiana!
Not only am I devastated but being Italian kind of kills the Parmigiana for me too!
Please tell me someone knows how they made their Thai green curry sauce before I go into withdrawals! Anyone?
In bowl, mixed cooked chicken with a package of coleslaw mix. Add mayo, salt and pepper to taste. Decortate with hard boiled egg cut in halves, tomato wedges and cucumber slices. ( I usually add some coleslaw dressing as well.)
