Hi, Everyone! I am new to this site, but I am not new to the kitchen. 
I live in the Los Angeles/Orange County area and am really lucky to have so many world cuisines available at any time! Although I love travelling when possible, somehow a âstay-cationâ is nearly as satisfying with all the ethnic pockets so close to home. (To me, a stellar vacation is full of âbroke da moufâ epicurean delights.)
I am very experimental in the kitchen and like to try making new dishes after tasting them as prepared by experienced and knowledgable expert cooks/chefs. I am glad to have found this site, and look forward to learning and sharing.
