What kinds of dishes do you like to cook ?
Well almoste averything, mostly Swedish traditional dishes but interested in International cooking aswell. Found this site looking for new recepies for the sportsbar where I work.
I have a Swedish background…but I’m not a fan of herring. :-/
I will translate the recipe for salted herring during the coming week
