Hi my name is Evelyn, this is my first ever post in any forum. I,m having pc lessons now.! I love cooking, BUT, my waistline doesn’t. !! So I am very interested in low fat and low sugar recipes. At this time in my life, I am seeing a dietitian who is a great help to me, since my first visit to her, I have lost 3 kg.!! The problem now is keeping it off with healthy eating and exercise.
I love savoury dishes and thankfully, I can leave desserts alone.
