Hi from Washington state. My wife of 37 wonderful years and I like to take short trips to try differnt restuarants. We have driven 500 mile round trip on the same day to try a restaurant out and have fun at the same time. I like to collect recipes and books on cooking. Fishing is my way to have fun and relax even if the fish are not biting. I am just starting the hobbie of photography and is very interesting.
I have a question. Does anyone know the recipe on how to make the marinated onions that Bruchi’s uses on their wonderful sandwiches. Also if the bread they use can be copied?
