4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour 2 cups milk 1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion more if desired
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 7-ounce can tuna fish
1 12 ounce mixed vegetables or 2 no. 1 cans mixed vegetables drained
1 small can mushrooms, slices 8 ounce
1/2 Baking-Powder Biscuits recipe
Melt butter and stir in flour. Slowly add milk and continue to stir until thickened and smooth. Add seasonings. Cook frozen vegetables in a small amount of water until just tender, drain. Arrange ingredients in buttered casserole dish, alternating cream sauce with fish and vegetables. Top with biscuits dough rolled out to fit dish.
Bake at 400* for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
