Home Made Kahula

2 oz instant coffee
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pt E&J Brandy
1 Vanilla Bean Stick
2 dark green wine bottles

Boil water, add coffe, stir, add sugar stir to dissolved.
Cool completely.
Add brandy.
Pour into green wine bottles. Cut vanilla bean in half. Put one half into each bottle. Cover bottle with top.

Set in dark (like a cabinet) for 30 days to ferment. After 30 days refrigerate and enjoy.
