Homemade frozen coffee

You know the frozen blended coffees you get from Caribou or Starbucks. How do you make them at home. I’ve got an idea but the problem comes in with the dairy that is added. When you blend the coffee and ice with milk or cream it gets too foamy to drink. Is the solution using a powdered dairy product or condensed milk?

Not sure if this is what you need, but on hot summers days, I make a lovely iced coffee. I brew a pot of coffee, and add just a little sugar and vanilla-extract. Chill, and serve with a generous scoop of good vanilla ice cream :wink:
