We use this as a sauce on steaks, venison and chicken. Usually have to double or triple the amount for a marinade and let sit over night. It is delicious!!!
Homemade Teriyaki Sauce (or Marinade)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp (corn) oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Combine, mixing well and keep in a small airtight jar or container.
