Honey and Fruit Spread

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dried fruits (apricots, dates, raisins, etc.)
2 Tbs chopped pecans
1/2 tsp grated orange peel

  1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Yield: 3/4 cup
