Honey And Spice-glazed Pork Chops

1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
oil
14 (4-oz.) boneless center-cut loin pork chops ( 1/2-i.) thick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Heat a large nonstick skillet with enough oil to brown the chops, sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes of both sides. Reduce heat, add honey mixture. Cook 10 minuets or until done turning chops once.

This good serves with whipped mashed potatoes and gingered green beans.
