Honey Barbecue Pork

1 1/4 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 1 ( 3 to 4 lb.) pork shoulder 1/2 c. honey 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 2 T. lemon juice 3 T. white vinegar 3 T. worcesteeshire sauce 2 T. dry mustard 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper

In a 9x13 roaster place pork. Combine all other ingredients pour over pork. Cover with foil and bake at 300 for 3 to 3 1/2 hr. Remove any skin or fat and shred with 2 forks.
