Honey Mustard Scallops
2 lbs. sea scallops
1 lb. very lean bacon
1 box sesame seeds
1 jar honey mustard
Rinse scallops with cold water and then if very large cut in half.
Pat dry and roll in sesame seeds.
Cut bacon strips in half; roll sesame coated scallop in 1/2 slice of bacon. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is crisp.
Use honey mustard as a side dip.
