Honey Pepper Pork Chops
Hot and sweet - a great combination! Only 3 ingredients too!
4 center cut pork chops - thick cut
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
Preheat grill to to medium-high. Combine honey and hot pepper sauce in small bowl. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill chops, turning and brushing frequently with glaze, 8 to 15 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F). Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
This can be prepared in a skillet using a bit of olive oil and garlic if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with quick-cook cornbread stuffing and steamed green beans. Refrigerate leftovers.
This is also nice to make as an appetizer.
Dice pork and skillet fry in a bit of olive oil until just about done. Pour over glaze and heat through. Will keep warm in a crockpot for any function. Serve with toothpicks.
