INGREDIENTS
2 oz bourbon
6 oz Ginger ale
2 dashes Campari bitters
Lemon peel spiral
Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
Add ice cubes in a Tom Collins glass
Pour in bourbon and ginger ale
Add bitters and lemon peel
Stir and serve.
